Oct 14-15. Overnight. PCT north from Rainy Pass on Hwy-20, to Cutthroat Pass, to Granite Pass, to Snowy Lakes. See WTA's description of this hike:

I camped at Lower Snowy Lake. Everyone else seems to camped at Upper Snowy Lake, which is a very short walk. I saw 3 tents there, could be more. Saturday night was very cloudy and foggy.
Larch is at its prime golden color. May last another week. What a difference does a day make! Saturday's photos look gloomy, and Sunday's photos look brilliant.
Snow from the parking lot. However, when I returned, the parking lot was snow free. The trail on Sunday was a bit wet. A couple of very minor creek crossing, super easy. Lots of people doing Cutthroat Pass (10 miles/RT). Larch is more dense just below the pass.
11 miles one way. Elevation gain is ~3000' in, and ~1000' out.
TH: 4800'; Highest Point 7000', then drop down to about 6000', and the lakes are at 6735' and 6839'
BTW, I'm selling this REI Quarter Dome 1p tent for $200, including footprint. All in excellent condition.
