Yes! We finally got our clear day. The views were spectacular, as per usual in the coquihalla, except best yet was the view of Needle Peak. I just couldn't get over what a lovely mountain Needle Peak is. The hike up Vicuna is aggressive. Short, but hard. There's a very detailed description on clubtread. At the scramble of Vicuna, there is first a cable and then a chain (attached to eachother). They guide you up the easiest way. Be aware that it is harder to down climb than up climb, so if someone in your group is really struggling, maybe enjoy the views from there.
Lots of ledges for lunch. Lots of mountains to try and name. Love this place. I will be back!Reads:324 Likes:2
