The zigzag to Heedlee Pass is half covered with snow, with some loose tread. Be careful.
We took a snow gully up to the Pass on the right side of the real trail. Not advised. Snow was okay, but the lower half was loose rock. We came down on regular trail, a lot better.
There were about 3 creek crossings. The largest one (the 3rd) require some care. Go up stream, you'll find a good log pile to cross on.
The lake is still snow covered.
Going down from the Peak is nice glissade right now. Soft snow, gentle grade, no need to brake!
